Allied Professionals Community of Practice

The UT Health EP Heart Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Program is a 6 month intensive training program designed for individuals interested in employment in the Medical Device Industry, specifically, Cardiac Rhythm Management and/or Electrophysiology. In addition to didactic presentations, programmer lab hands-on training, Simbionix simulator/mapping system practice and 7 weeks of dedicated clinical observations in Memorial Hermann Hospitals with EP Heart Electrophysiologists we assist students with job placement. Local industry managers and representatives interact with the students during the program regarding company overviews, product features, resumes, interviews and professionalism.
