  • 1.  Saving on Medtronic iPads

    Posted 2 days ago

Reaching out to see if anyone has had issues and found solutions with saving in clinic checks after the latest iOS update on the iPad programmers.

We were using duolinks to save and then import them into PaceMate.  However, the iOS update does not support duolinks under SmartSync.

The only work around I have found so far is using MToolKit; however, this is not ideal with our workflow long term.

We are not able to use sessionsync at this time due to IT / security issues.

Please share if you have found another option / replacement to the duolinks to save reports.

    Thank you!

Hello, we purchased USB-C adapters that connect a USB to the iPads. Then when saving the reports, you can "save to files."

SanDisk iXpand USB should still be compatible or you can try Aegis Apricorn USB (model ASK3-NX-8GB)
