Good afternoon,

We have had some inconsistencies and problems with a few of the vendors we have utilized for outpatient rhythm monitoring. This has either been delayed MCT notifications (obviously concerning), incomplete and/or short extended Holter scans, and/or insurance authorization issues. I have instituted several trials with physician support in the past in an attempt to select an appropriate vendor. We may need to revisit our choices. Our administration has no interest in pursuing an option where we own the monitors.

I would appreciate it if anyone would be willing to share information about a vendor/product that you have had good experience with and/or provided decent service overall. I am aware that no service is perfect. I want the best possible option for our patients and providers.
