I was looking for suggestions on our Outpatient and Clinic Monitor Workflow. I have a long-term Team Member who is retiring in December, and I would like to revise the workflow when she retires. Currently she manages all outpatient and clinic holters which averages approximately 250 monitors a month. Our Medical Assistants are responsible for long term monitors. Her responsibilities range from applying monitors when needed to tracking the results and placing them in the patient's chart. There are days when she is busy and days when she has capacity for more responsibilities. I would really like to improve this workflow and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
