Hi Melanie,
We started using MURJ about 6 years ago and haven't looked back. We also used Paceart prior to the move. We have significantly increased revenue with remote and HF billing as it provides a systematic way to track each patient and condenses workflows. Our compliance with our patient population that we follow is at an all time high with in clinic and remote follow up. This is largely tied to the tools built into MURJ to be able to manage and follow our lost to follow up efficiently. Lastly, it has streamlined our clinical approach with documentation, advisory management, and provider approval. Overall it has been a huge upgrade. The group of folks over at MURJ are wonderful people and always willing to help.
Hope this is helpful :)

If willing to share, our group would be curious to hear about the experience of any clinics currently utilizing MURJ. What are the main pros/cons you have encountered? We currently utilize Paceart but would love something more research friendly.
