    Hi all,

Just a reminder if you have not done so already to register for HRS 2026 which will be in Chicago this year. The early bird rates end 2/10 at which time the registration prices increase. There will be a variety of fantastic sessions for all as well as a great opportunity to network with your peers and say hi to "old friends"! We will again be having an AP luncheon (registration is required and can register when you register for HRS 2026). The AP luncheon will be Saturday 4/25 at 1pm and will be centered around remote monitoring. This will be a good opportunity to learn, eat and network with APs.

As always, the AP lounge is a great place to gather information and meet up with fellow APs. There are numerous programs being organized in the lounge (more details to follow). Lastly, this year they will be bringing back the Heart Rhythm Bowl which should be exciting.

I hope to see you all in Chicago!

    Julie

We are getting close to HRS 2026 in the Windy City, Chicago....just a month away! There are some great things that will be happening and wanted to highlight a few of them.

    1. AP Luncheon will be held Saturday 4/25 from 1-2pm. This is a ticketed event. If you have not registered for it, just log onto your registration and add the luncheon. The luncheon topic is Remote Monitoring: From Data to Dollars--Enhancing Efficiency, Patient Safety, and Reimbursement. This should be an engaging discussion with esteemed panelists as well as the audience. It will also be a great place to network with your colleagues from all parts of the world!
    2. Heart Rhythm Bowl will be held Friday 4/24 from 4-5pm. This should be an exciting and interactive event. APs are invited to compete in a dynamic team based challenge testing their knowledge in various aspects of EP. And after the competition is over, stick around for a reception and awards ceremony recognizing the winning teams.
    3. AP Lounge: While at HRS, check out the AP lounge. It is a great place to meet new people and network. There are also many sessions being held there. One very exciting session being held in the AP Lounge that I encourage people to attend is "The Heart of Heart Rhythm: Honoring Allied Professionals' Legacy and Impact" which will be given by Aileen Ferrick and Julie Shea. This will be held on Thursday 4/23 from 3-4pm. This should be an interesting and inspiring journey through the evolution of APs in heart rhythm care and through HRS. Don't want to miss this talk!
    4. Another session in the AP Lounge is "LEAP Showcase: Innovation & Impact in Action" which will be held on Saturday 4/25 from 3:30-4:30pm. LEAP members from Class of 2026 will present their capstone projects that they have developed throughout the year. It is also a great time to learn more about teh LEAP program (Leadership and Education for Allied Professionals)
    5. If you are attending HRS, join the WhatsApp group (HRS2026 AP Connect) to connect with other APs attending HRS. It is a great platform to find out what's going on at HRS as well as a way to connect with other APs while attending HRS, especially if you're a first time attendee or traveling to HRS alone.

I hope to see you in Chicago!!
