Allied Professionals Community of Practice

The lab I work in, is starting to work towards an EP team. Starting this summer having myself and one more RN doing EP only. Wondering about any tips on starting a team and getting other staff excited about EP. We will be going from 3-4 days of EP to a full 5 days a week of EP.  We will be switching to MAC lab from Claris so wondering tips or suggestions to make the transition easier? Thank you

I am curious, are you based at the Metro West Hospital? I used to work at Mercy Muskegon and did EP there several yrs ago. I am not in Florida leading a lab and doing research with the Physician I work with.
