Could we please share our routine follow-up practices for patients with recently implanted LBBB leads?  For example at the wound check/first device check are 12 lead EKGs performed?  Thank you, paul  :)

Our first wound check at 10 days (staple removal), then one month post op check with NP with 12 lead, then 3 month in-person device check with pacer techs.

    Hello,
We do a 14-day post implant follow up with device nurses (site and device check). We do perform 12-lead with intrinsic rhythm (if applicable) then with RV bipolar and unipolar pacing to assess our QRS.
    Thanks you!

We also do a wound check in 7-10 days and do an EKG at that visit to assess capture and evaluate the bundle especially in LBB pacing or BiV pacing

We have a similar practice like some of the other institutions. We perform a 12-Lead with newly implanted LBB leads and if any Bachman Bundle leads are placed. We perform underlying and usually perform LBB only pacing if applicable especially if the physician is promoting intrinsic rhythm.  Our wound checks are performed at the same time.  These visits are normally done within 7-10 days.
