Allied Professionals Community of Practice

I am trying to develop competencies for our device staff.  This has been needed for a long time.  I have not been able to get these in place previously. I would be very grateful if anyone has any resources and/or competencies that they would be willing to share.  Thanks in advance for your consideration and assistance!

Hi Michael -

There was work done on competences and should be in the library - this document was based loosely on the ACC competencies for APPs, but the allied professional council expanded to include RNs, tech, and pharm D's. It was a several year project. The file in the library is from 2020 but should give you a good baseline. The document doesn't indicate that all EP allied professional jobs do ALL of the competencies - but it should allow you a base to tailor to your clinic.
