Curious about everyone's experience with this advisory expansion. We have been updating patient's devices with updated programmer software as recommended by Boston Scientific and have seen quite a few anomalies. I know the "battery voltage too low for remaining longevity" (Code-1003) has been reported and is expected to be corrected with a software update in development, but we are seeing this somewhat frequently, with patients who are closer to ERI as well as patients who have 5 or more years of battery life remaining prior to the update. We get a red alert on Latitude with a Code-1003 error a few days later and tech support then recommends replacement either within 90 days or even ASAP. Remote monitoring is also disabled at this time. Are your teams seeing this as well?
