Regarding the LINQ advisory and the software update: I know that we cannot bill for an ILR "interrogation without programming" for patients who have remote monitoring in the same 31 day period. Does uploading the software to mitigate the advisory count as a "programming" encounter? How are other clinics billing for these visits for ILR patients who are coming in for a saftware update?
